I’ve been a coach throughout my life—from T-ball fields to Premier League water polo, and from the sidelines to leading sales teams. The setting may change, but my purpose stays the same: help the people around me get better.
I’m a proud girl dad and girl grandpa, a sales leader, and a lifelong student of what makes people and teams succeed. I believe in setting the tone, asking the right questions, and showing up consistently. My greatest satisfaction comes from watching someone gain confidence, take the next step, and achieve something they once thought was out of reach.
